I’ve been a member at this gym for almost a year and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself. Within 3 months of joining Blueprint I lost 11kg. I’ve never had as much support from coaches at any other gym as I have here. Everyone is friendly and non judgmental. The other members are welcoming and make you feel at ease too. The other benefit has been stress relief. Whilst I am training my brain gets to switch off for an hour and the benefits of that are also great! If I could give 10 stars I would!
