FITNESS CLASSES

While our SGPT classes centre around technique and progressive overload, our fitness classes are more geared towards cardiovascular and performance training.

 

Our fitness classes run with up to 15 people and you’ll often be paired up or work in small groups. They differ from session to session and progressions and regressions are provided to ensure that the movements meet your requirements.

BOXING

This is a full body workout, under the guidance of our specialist coach that requires focus and coordination to nail those varied and challenging punching and movement combinations… It’s also the perfect stress reliever after a long day.

High energy and max effort - this is our toughest class. We start with technical Olympic lifts and move into 20-30 mins of full body, full tilt, metabolic conditioning.

TOUGH GUY

In this bootcamp style teamwork focused class we take all the exercises you see during a 'World's Strongest' competition and strip it back for regular folk. Prowler, sledgehammers, yoke, tyre flips, sand bags, barrels, max lifts and loads of other unique equipment.

METCON

SWEAT

SWEAT is all about high intensity, community focused, functional HIIT, AMRAPS, intervals and circuits as part of a naughty cardio, core and full body workout.

YOGA

Tune into your breath and find space in both your body and mind. This gentle 60 minute flow is designed to stretch and strengthen the body through a series of asanas and postures.
