PERSONAL TRAINING
Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) classes are centred around movement technique, ensuring that you progress towards your fitness goals in the safest and most efficient way possible. We work in a setting of no more than six six people per coach. Workouts target the whole body and multiple resistance training models are used to provide novelty.

SGPT
Our small group personal training model ensures that clients receive both a thorough service as well as a chance to become part of a community - by training alongside likeminded individuals. Group training also unlocks the teamwork dimension and provides extra accountability. It's important to note that in every SGPT session, each client has their own space, weights, and rack to train with.

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
Our programmes follow the principles of progressive overload, meaning they are scientifically proven to accelerate fat loss and promote muscle gain. Throughout the six week programme cycles, you will receive guidance, motivation, and personalisation from our coaches.
CHOOSE YOUR PATH
At the start of each six-week cycle you’ll choose to follow either our shape or strength programme. We’ll help you to understand the benefits of each and make the best choice for your fitness goals. The two programmes running concurrently provides clients with variety and new movements to master.

From your induction onwards, we’ll focus on your desired outcomes and tailor the Small Group sessions and other fitness classes to your specific goals and requirements.
For fat loss and weight loss focused goals, we’ll take you through our Shape programme, and for strength building goals, we’ll guide you through the principles of progressive overload in our Strength programme. In short, we’ll ensure that you know what the best programme and classes are for you and why.
