Membership Terms
** PLEASE READ EVERY WORD OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS **
By completing payment you are confirming that you have read, understood and are agreeing to the terms & conditions and cancellation policies outlined below.

Between: You (The Member) and PRS Coaching Ltd (T/A Blueprint:Fitness).

1.0 General
​
1.1 All contracts pro rata must be paid for in advance. Memberships will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
1.2 I understand there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the programme, I acknowledge that PRS Coaching Ltd. and the coach taking the session are not responsible, except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or by an intentional act of the coach.
1.3 I will adhere to all instructions given to me by all Blueprint:Fitness Staff.
1.4 I understand my progress is also dependent upon my effort, cooperation, consistency and adherence to the program both inside and outside of the training session’s themselves.
1.5 The membership entitles the usage of Blueprint:Fitness facility and the equipment & services available therein.
1.6 The Member confirms that he/she does not suffer from health problems that would hinder exercise or prevent him/her from engaging in exercise, or that would be detrimental or adverse to the Member’s health, safety or physical condition if he/she did exercise. In case of any doubt, the Member shall seek advice by a medical doctor who should confirm the ability to exercise.
Blueprint:Fitness shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine the Member’s physical condition. If an assessment is done at Blueprint:Fitness, it is for the sole purpose of compiling comparative data in order to track the Member’s progress in a programme and not for diagnostic purposes.
2.0 Blueprint:Fitness Contract Duration and Automatic Renew
2.1 I understand that by completing payment and signing this contract I commit myself to a minimum contracted term of 3 months from the start date
2.2 I understand that once I pass the minimum term set out in my agreement (see2.1a) I will enter a rolling monthly agreement, by where request for cancellation MUST be received at least 30 days before your termination. Any payments within the final 28 days will be prorated.
2.3 All prices are fixed for the duration of a membership. Any prices changes will be communicated at least one month prior to implementation.
2.4 During 7 days from the start of the membership, the Member can cancel his or her membership free of charge, and will be reimbursed in full.
3.0 Liability
3.1 Each Member of Blueprint:Fitness shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by the Member on the Blueprint:Fitness premises. It shall be the obligation of the Member to pay for any costs involved upon presentation of a statement thereof.
3.2 Any and all use of the Blueprint:Fitness facilities shall be at Member’s own risk at all times. The Member shall not utilise any equipment unless he/she knows the appropriate usage.
Blueprint:Fitness shall not be liable for any injuries, physical impact or damages to the Member, or the property of the Member, or be subject to any claim arising out of the use of the premises and/or of the equipment made available to the users.
3.3 Blueprint:Fitness does not take responsibility for loss or theft of any personal belongings. Any items left on Blueprint:Fitness premises will be kept for a period of two weeks before being disposed of.
3.4 If the Member behaves in a way that breaches the code of conduct membership can be suspended or terminated at management’s sole discretion.
4.0 Memberships
4.1 The Member pay monthly recurring fees as agreed for every months membership at Blueprint:Fitness via recurring card payment through the TeamUp payment system.

This contracted membership allows attendance to the agreed amount of small group PT sessions (as per membership tariff selected by member) & team sessions per week at Blueprint:Fitness, unused sessions DO NOT carry over from month to month.

** IMPORTANT – READ IT! **
4.2 I agree to purchase a recurring membership at Blueprint:Fitness as an automatic charge to my credit/debit card (or via direct debit) every month for a contract period of 3 months which automatically enters into a rolling monthly contract unless cancelled by either The Member or Blueprint:Fitness with notification of 30 days, via email to email to info@blueprintfitnessldn.com.
4.3 I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card/bank account detailed when signing up to this contract via GoCardless.
4.4 I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 28 calendar days late.
4.5 The Member confirms that he/she is 18 years old or older. For persons 16 or 17 years old, exceptions are granted based on a written parental consent. Persons under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times.
4.6 The membership is personal, and cannot be shared.
5.0 Cancellations (PLEASE GOD READ THIS PART)
5.1 Request for cancellation MUST be received at least 30 days in advance of your last contracted billing date when still in the initial 3 month contract
5.2 Once entered into a rolling contract request for cancellation MUST be received at least 28 days in advance of your final date. Any DD payments within the final 30 days will be prorated for the remaining time
5.3 Request to cancel a contract prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period (3 months) requires an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remainder your contract – a 28 day notice period still applies in this instance, so choose your contract option appropriately.
5.4 Memberships that are paid in full/upfront are non-refundable.
5.5 The member is responsible for his/her own cancellation, even if the email reminder was not received.
5.6 Blueprint:Fitness may transfer any non-payment case to a debt collector, which will add additional fees. Monthly month’s payment or pro rata amount and any sign-up fee are paid at the point of this agreement. The Member has given approval for an automatic debit from his/her account or card and the cancellation must be announced a minimum of one month before the next debit.
5.7 A cancellation is exceptionally granted if the Member moves more than ten miles away from any Blueprint:Fitness facility, on presentation of an official document to prove change of address. It is also possible to cancel the membership due to medical reasons, upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Be understanding, be respectful and honour this part of the contract that you have selected and agreed to. We have bills and staff members to pay too.

We keep our word on everything we promise to deliver here at Blueprint:Fitness so we expect you to hold up your end of the bargain by honouring this cancellation policy and the terms of this contract that you have selected
